Very disappointed in the limited time Pokemon donuts. I was not expecting a 100% match to marketing pictures, and I was ok waiting a day since the machine broke down. But this is very sad. And on topof that, the donuts tasted a bit stale. Not sure if its how they all are, or if because I had pickup time set for 10:30 abd they just made them earlier and they were left to sit for hours. The normal donuts tasted so much better than the actual limited time donuts. I am a huge Pokemon fan and I can NOT reccomend those donuts.

We waited in the drive-thru for approximately 35 minutes because the lobby was closed. The wait itself wasn’t a huge issue (we understand businesses can be short-staffed.) We originally ordered the seasonal blueberry and strawberry donuts, but were told they were sold out. We then asked for glazed donut holes (Glazed Dots), but those were unavailable as well. Since several items we wanted weren’t available, we decided to order two dozen Original Glazed donuts instead. Unfortunately, the donuts were extremely disappointing. They were so saturated with fryer oil that they immediately coated our mouths with grease. When we squeezed one, oil literally oozed out of it, as shown in the attached photo. The texture was heavy, greasy, and nothing like the light, fresh glazed donuts we expected. We understand that things happen and inventory can run out, but after a 35-minute wait and multiple unavailable items, receiving donuts in this condition was frustrating. We hope this was an isolated incident and that steps are taken to improve both product quality and availability for future customers.

What a joke. What happened to this place? Ordered online prior to heading to the area. Upon arrival was notified by workers l, who could hardly speak English, that they do not have what we ordered and that we would have to substitute which is okay. Customers in the lobby started getting rowdy and upset that they had to wait for us to pick out replacements (not our fault). We got our donuts and left. Once we got to our destination, we noticed that some of the donuts were sloppily iced and once we began eating them, we found only a dollop of cream in the inside. This is sad and we will not return.

Awesome place ran by awesome people. Front counter lady is so sweet. Best hot donuts I have ever tasted so I had two. Extremely well run and clean store

Delicious donuts! Freshly baked with a golden-brown exterior, soft and fluffy interior, topped with colorful sprinkles and a glaze that adds a sweet, irresistible shine. Great place to bring kids & they can watch them make donuts.
